How to Report Your Vehicle Issues?

Step 01

Provide Details

You will have to provide us the following details if you are interested in submitting a claim:

Photos of the received vehicle(s) showing any damage or missing item(s). Avoid sending photos from our website.

Note: We take pictures of the car when it gets on the ship. We will use those pictures as a reference to your claim. Also note that we shall not be held responsible for any items that are stolen at the port of discharge

Send an estimate value of all the repairs written by a repair professional mechanic. Email text like, "My mechanic said the total repair will cost $75" will not be accepted.

Prime Autos Japan will inform you once your request is evaluated. You will be provided complete guidance regarding the solution that is devised by our experts.

Step 04

Verification

Kindly make sure that your claim is genuine because we will verify your claim. For verification, expert auto examiners may be hired to assess the damage or mechanical issues of the vehicle(s). The inspectors will verify if your requested issues are legit and the claim is eligible for compensation.

NOTE:
  • Please make sure to send all the above mentioned to Prime Autos Japan in order for you to receive warranty compensation.
  • In case you fail to provide any of the above mentioned requirements or information, it may result in delay of the process.
  • Sending us a Port's Report (consult Port Authority), as an additional document, would even be better.

a. The 30th day from the arrival date of the shipping vessel at the port of unloading, or
